In the vicinity of the Holiday Village Buena Vista are situated the posh Bulgarian resorts: Elenite, Sunny Beach and Nessebur. It is 7 km northeast of the well-known resort of Sunny Beach, 5 km east of the luxurious Holiday Village Elenite and 10 km north of the ancient town and resort Nessebur. To the south it faces a small picturesque bay in the center of which stretches the Sunny Beach resort.

The booming tourist industry has turned the village of St.Vlas into a very popular place among foreign property buyers. The climate and infrastructure makes it ideal for residential tourism and sound investment since the purchase of a new construction property in this area is very limited, as land available for development has greatly diminished.

How to Reserve an Apartment?

You can reserve this property through us for two weeks by transferring a reservation fee. We will immediately pay the sum to the seller and he will take the property off the market. This amount will be deducted from the purchase price of the property when a Preliminary Purchase Agreement is signed with the seller.
