Complex Borovets

Borovets is a resort of Alpine type and provides very good conditions for snow sports during the winter: skiing, night- skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, ski jumps and biathlon, ski-doo, ice-skating in the resort, etc.

There are available ski runs for beginners, intermediates and advanced skiers, designed with international markings and multilingual signs. Pistes are bashed and maintained to the high standard.
The real charm of Borovets can be felt during the winter. It is then when the harmony with nature is complete.
The excellent equipment for ski sports attracts thousands of mountain lovers from Bulgaria and from foreign countries.
We would certainly recommend the world famous Rila Monastery or the busy city of Sofia for sightseeing or shopping. You can also visit the palace "Carska Bistrica" which is just 10 minutes walk from the new centre of the resort.

MAINTENANCE:

The owners of apartments pay a one-year fee (which is about 7 Euro sq m ) which is spent on:

• maintenance of the territory of the complex;
• maintenance of the common parts of the buildings;
• maintenance of the swimming pool;
• maintenance of the green area of the complex;
• year round security;
• using of the swimming pool;
• electric lighting of the common territories;
• electric lighting of the common parts of the building.

By wish of the owners, at additional payment the following services can be provided:

• cleaning and ventilation of the apartments all year round;
• repairs of the apartments;
• payment of the overhead expenses for the apartments, such as taxes, electricity, water etc.;
• rent-a-car;
• furnishing of the apartments;
• other services, needed by the owners for their comfortable stay in complex.

Why Complex Borovets

• Easy access. The closest ski-resort to Sofia, only 50 minutes drive from the airport. Many airlines fly to Sofia to name a few: British Airlines, Lufthansa, CSA Airlines, etc.
• Popular place to spend a weekend or summer holiday for people who live in Sofia. You will not be just targeting the foreign rental market, but locals as well, although rental will be lower.
• The oldest ski resort, the snow stays longer than on other resorts in Bulgaria as it is located at the highest point in the mountains, hence longer renting season in winter!
• The complex is located 70 meters away from the lifts!
• The prices in Bansko ski resort (which is 3 hours drive away from Sofia) are around EUR 1,200 per meter square, whilst in Borovets the starting price is from ?850 per m sq
• Limited construction – Borovets ski resort is reservation area and a National Park. It guarantees that it will not be overbuilt like Bansko, which in return means no oversupply of properties in future.
• Major point – serious investment is on the way in Borovets area called “Super-Borovets”, which means improvement in the infrastructure, 5 star hotels in the surrounding area (not Borovets itself).
• l this will drive the capital appreciation at a very high rate as they are not even near the prices in Bansko
• The developer who builds this complex is one of the three parties involved in this “Super Borovets project”.

How to Reserve an Apartment?

You can reserve this property through us for two weeks by transferring a reservation fee. We will immediately pay the sum to the seller and he will take the property off the market. This amount will be deducted from the purchase price of the property when a Preliminary Purchase Agreement is signed with the seller.
