Architectural and structural features.
- Extensive use of color-tinted glass on curved balconies and central 7-stories high curved curtain wall accentuates playful images of sea, sand, sun and greenery.
- In order to afford the magnificent sea views from many of the units, the architect decided on a larger then usual number of elevators (7). This resulted in greater privacy with just 2 apartments per floor at each landing, (with the exception of the central part with 4 apartments at each landing.) This also allowed for a flexible design of the building floors, increased privacy of the owners and achieved the main goal of taking full advantage of the seaside exposure.
- Another feature allowing a flexible unit layout was a structural concept of "beamless" floor plates.
