The Luxurious 5 story apartment buildings

The two 5 story apartment buildings offer their own set of additional services to residents. On the lower floors, there are recreational and entertainment areas that offer comfort and leisure activities as close as possible to your home. Also, private lockers for your ski equipment are available for each apartment.

The entertainment rooms, which are cosy but roomy, have televisions, pool - tables, table tennis, seating for 10 to 20 people as well as traditional open fireplaces.

In addition to these amenities, the 5 - storey buildings have their own day spas. Designed to provide maximum comfort and relaxation to residents, the day spas have saunas, steam - baths and pleasantly quiet relaxation areas. The day spa interiors follow the exceptional blueprints of Eastern traditions to maximize leisure, relaxation and recreation. These, of course, are for the exclusive use of apartment owners.

The 4 storey apartment buildings

Built to resemble the same Alpine architectural style they will also enjoy their own entertainment rooms, equipped with televisions, pool and table tennis so they are suitable for family recreation as well as relaxation in front of the warm open fires. Ski lockers are available to all residents and the hotel Spa Centre is located just outside the apartments.

Quality of Construction

Building materials used in the construction are of highest quality, suitable for the local climate and perfectly matching the natural beauty of the site. A concrete framework supported by external and internal red wall bricks and hydro and thermo - insulation on the inside and white wall plaster and traditional wooden and stone coatings on the outside, are some of the distinctive features of the buildings.

All apartment blocks will have roofs made with a wooden construction, covered with red tiles. The level of finish of each apartment includes tile and wood floorings in the living rooms and bathrooms, carpeting in the bedrooms and water-based paint on interior walls.

Situated on a site of about 13,000m², just 5 minutes by car to the closest lift station and a 15-minute walk to Bansko's historical centre.

Payment Schedule

• 10% of the sales price - at signing the preliminary contract for sale
• 20% of the sales price - after one month from signing the preliminary contract
• 30% of the sales price - at finishing of the roof
• 20% of the sales price - at signing the notarial act 15
   - when the building its completely ready outside and inside, or ready to be open.
• 20% of the sales price - at signing the notarial act 16
   - when the apartment can be transferred to the owner.

Management of the complex

The owners of the apartments would have to pay a one-year fee to cover the costs of:

• Maintenance of the territory of the complex
• Maintenance of the common parts of the buildings
• Maintenance of the green area of the complex
• 24 hour security
• Use of sauna, fitness centre etc.
• Lighting of the common areas

Additional services can be provided at extra cost

How to Reserve an Apartment?

You can reserve this property through us for two weeks by transferring a reservation fee. We will immediately pay the sum to the seller and he will take the property off the market. This amount will be deducted from the purchase price of the property when a Preliminary Purchase Agreement is signed with the seller.
