The vacation complex APOLLONIA BEACH - Kavatsite is situated about 2 km south-east of the centre of Sozopol, one of the most romantic towns on the Black Sea coast. The distance to Bourgas International Airport is 40 km, reached by a four-lane highway. Sozopol is one of the biggest tourist centres in Bulgaria, with beautiful traditional architecture. The town is renowned for its long and rich history.

All the dwellings are constructed according to European quality standards, and are finished as follows:

• walls and ceilings – plaster plywood with latex paint
• flooring – terracotta – chosen by the client (30 kinds)
• bathrooms – terracotta, faience, sanitary suite, bath and shower booth
• electrical installation – wall sockets and switches are installed

Furnishing: Kitchens are fitted with refrigerator, built-in oven , cooker hood , kitchen cupboards, table and chairs. T here is upholstered furniture consisting of a three-seated sofa-bed, armchairs and a small table i n the living room , two separated beds or one whole bedroom-suite (chosen by the client), night-tables, a dressing table and a wardrobe f or the bedroom. The furnishing includes also air-conditioning (heat/cool) in each room. There is an option to buy an apartment without furniture.

How to Reserve an Apartment?

You can reserve this property through us for two weeks by transferring a reservation fee. We will immediately pay the sum to the seller and he will take the property off the market. This amount will be deducted from the purchase price of the property when a Preliminary Purchase Agreement is signed with the seller.
