Summary of Buying Costs

BGHouse’s fee is dependent on the property and is payable at the time of signing the Initial Contract of Sale (similar to 'Sold subject to contract' in the UK).

The price of the Organized Viewing Trip is 200 EURO + flight The trip is refundable upon property purchases.

The client is responsible for these extra costs which will typically account for 3% of the purchase price:

• Notary fees, document translation and legal costs

• Country Tax (the equivalent of the Stamp Duty in the United Kingdom). This is a maximum of 2% of purchase price
